Your exceptional interpersonal skills will shine as you engage with a diverse array of auto dealerships. Working closely with our Account Manager, you'll spearhead initiatives in education, prospecting, and dealer support. As an integral part of our team, you'll enhance brand visibility and foster prosperity across our inclusive dealership community. Fluency in English and another language (Spanish or Portuguese) is crucial for effectively connecting with our multicultural clientele. Ready to make a meaningful impact and drive success through teamwork? Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee daily operations for dealerships, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong partner relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to dealerships and clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support Lendbuzz’s expanding dealer network, both existing and prospective, to drive growth and success.
  • Engage actively in refining our sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a pivotal link between dealerships and Account Managers, facilitating clear communication and swift resolutions.
  • Become proficient in the intricacies of our underwriting and financing programs, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource.


Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to high ethical standards.
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese to effectively engage with our diverse clientele.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred.
  • Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.


$36,000 - $48,000 a year
Annual base salary + monthly commission potential
