Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the marketing, advertising, and office needs to meet the business goals for the Division.Responsibilities• Maintain and update all sales and marketing data required by the Lennar Corporate Website.• Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, and realtor events in conjunction with NHC/DOS.• Coordinate the divisions’ participation at trade show/housing shows.• Maintain monthly marketing calendar.• Facilitate the creation and order community signage as needed-work with signage vendor on pricing, design and production time.• Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral and update as needed-work with graphic designer to ensure collateral pieces are produced correctly in a timely fashion.• Facilitate the creation of all Welcome Home Center displays/signage and update as needed.• Act as a liaison between construction and sales department in ordering construction signage, lot signs, coordinating telephone/internet service for new communities, community roll out meetings, and any other projects as needed.• Act as a liaison between land and sales department in the coordination of research and compilation of data for land purchases.• Work with interior design company in the design and implementation of furnishing/accessorizing model homes and sales centers.• Provide support to sales team by ordering marketing collateral as needed.• Act as a liaison with IT & Medial Lab.• Handle any administrative duties as directed by the Division President.• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.• Manage contract and reservation agreement distribution and e-filing.• Support to the Controller to insure administrative treasury responsibilities maintain SOX compliance.• Manage the ordering of office supplies to the WHCs & main office.• Coordinate WHCs & main office cleaning schedules.• Manage offsite Iron Mountain storage.#CBQualifications• Minimum High School or GED required, college degree preferred.• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing required.• Minimum 2 years in homebuilding industry preferred.• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.• Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations.• Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Lotus Notes (e-mail).• Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills.ContactsDaily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners. Regular contact with the general public. Frequent external contacts where matters discussed require resourcefulness, patience, clarity and tact.Physical RequirementsSome office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
