Includes assisting in all aspects of new home community marketing.• A career with purpose.• A career built on making dreams come true.• A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities On The Team• Assists the marketing team with all aspects of new home marketing, which includes: new community start-up, model home merchandising coordination, community signage, advertising, digital marketing and general marketing department support.• Perform all other duties as assigned.Requirements• Currently pursuing or obtained a degree with sales or marketing• Able to perform multiple, detail-orientated tasks with simultaneous deadlines• Must represent company in a professional manner• Good writing skills• Valid Drivers License• Team player with strong work ethic and integrity; Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required.• Follow directions from a supervisor• Interact well with co-workers• Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures• Accept constructive criticism• Team PlayerPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Position requires attendance at meetings outside of division office and trips to models/communities. Position requires ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
