This includes assisting in updating forecasts, analyzing financial results, communicating the financial story to Business Partners, FP&A/Accounting, the Home Comfort Solutions Segment, and LII. The position provides the opportunity to develop experience in the fundamentals of our regional distributor financial performance and reporting best practices.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGDuties include, but are not limited to:Supports the development of annual financial plan targets for LRH region and constituent districts.Supports execution of strategic plan including the achievement of revenue and margin targets for the assigned region and related districts.Reviews region and district financial results with business partners, comparing and analyzing actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year to analyze the cause of variances, identify trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicators.Leads monthly financial meetings for region leadership and provides support and financial insights to the selling organization.Collaborates with appropriate partners to understand key business performance drivers, then based on financial results communicate findings, insights, and implications to the Region and related districts.Develops into a finance thought leader and subject matter expert for the assigned region’s performance drivers.Supports the development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance the efficiency of business applications and processes.Supports the maintenance of various systems/databases used for budget and analysis, allocations, and forecasts.Supports ad hoc financial research projects as needed.Proactively seeks to enhance own business acumen and shares best practices with peers.WHAT DRIVES SUCCESS:Having the right qualifications is only a part of what it takes to be a successful employee. During high-pressure moments, you work diligently to meet deadlines and show value in your work.The Compensation range for this position is approximately $66,300 - $81,900 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 1-3 years of related experience.Master’s Degree Candidate or CPA/CPA Candidate a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik) preferred.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.WHAT WE OFFER:At Lennox, we realize that our greatest assets are our employees.
