Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

Lenus is looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist for our SoCal office!

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist who is ready to kickstart his/her career within paid social marketing. In this role, and with our current and projected organizational growth, the opportunity to make an impact with Lenus is limitless!

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc. for your portfolio of health and fitness coaches
Analyze performance data to ensure profitability
Monitor and adjust BOF and TOF audience budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS
Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices within social media and digital marketing advertising
Effectively communicate wins and struggles, identify trends, and proactively recommend future strategies
Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers to develop creative campaign strategy and ensure profitability for coaches
Ensuring steady and planned growth by following up on targets and KPIs and taking appropriate action to remain on top of these

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or at least 6 months of experience with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media campaigns
Experience with Meta Business Manager and Meta suite of tools
You are fluent in spoken and written English (copywriting necessary)
Experience with developing creative concepts or campaigns
Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize paid campaigns
It is an extra plus if you have experience within other Marketing aspects, such as Email, Google or other funnels
Highly collaborative person, with the ability to communicate and partner with multiple teams and brand partners

The Team

The team currently consists of Jake (Performance Marketing Specialist) who is going to help our Junior Performance Marketing Specialist succeed in this role. We are also hiring a Growth Manager, which means you are going to be a team of three specialists. We closely collaborate with our Performance Marketing team members in the New York office.
