We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is focused on achieving sales quota through RFID solution sales. Responsibilities include executing the full sales cycle, creating positive customer experiences, and embodying a consultative sales approach, with a focus on successful technology integrations and support.
What you’ll do:
- New business and existing account development using specialized products and industry knowledge to develop strategies and gain market share.
- Generate Enterprise sales opportunities, adding value through solution offerings during cold calls, site visits, and cross-selling activities.
- Own the full sales cycle inclusive of developing and managing relationships with C-suite stakeholders in a variety of industries.
- Achieve a comprehensive view of the clients’ business goals including their business priorities, their competitive edge within the marketplace, industry trends, and their key strategic partner relationships.
- Collaborate with SLS product teams to educate and enable new partners through regular product training, thorough documentation, and compelling sales collateral.
- Attain an excellent understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the competition.
- Advocate for customer needs ensuring proper alignment and prioritization of resources to generate a proposed product roadmap.
- Display a high-level of critical thinking and business acumen.
- Develop a holistic view of potential partners, prioritize targets, and execute sales strategies.
- Update and manage the CRM database as necessary to ensure accurate client information.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of five years prior experience in selling technical products and/or services.
- Experience developing Enterprise accounts.
- Highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional.
- Strong track record of closing Enterprise deals upward of six and seven figure as well as growing and expanding client relationships.
- Strong sales drive focused on prospecting, building and maintaining a robust pipeline by finding ways to navigate sophisticated buying processes.
- Accurately forecast new business generation through pipeline assessment.
- Maintain an agile frame of mind navigating a fast-paced work environment and demonstrating thoughtful leadership in finding solutions.
- Strong and welcoming disposition during C-Suite sales presentations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
