Salesforce Administrator, Business Systems (CPQ)

Level Access is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology department. Within the Business Systems team, you’ll play a vital role in building and supporting the systems that drive commercial operations within our organization. Seeking a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, capture requirements and feedback, craft scalable solutions, and contribute to the systems roadmap.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current systems landscape and our key business objectives. Uniting the two will be essential as we build for a scalable future. The ideal candidate will become comfortable with change management and governance, communication with stakeholders of varying technical knowledge, and running all aspects of a Salesforce project. Experience with CPQ is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom object customization, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and dashboards and reports.
  • Build and maintain integrated applications including HubSpot, Outreach, Clari, Netsuite, Celigo, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Gainsight and others
  • Design and implement complex automation solutions using flow and APEX if required
  • Serve as an L3 support agent when tickets are escalated
  • Work with IT to ensure permissions and user management maps for SSO
  • Provide system-related input to enablement for internal users on Salesforce features and functionality to ensure effective adoption and utilization
  • Perform such other tasks and duties as may be required or assigned from time to time in the Company’s discretion

Desired Qualifications:

  • Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator
  • Preferred Certifications: Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist
  • Bonus Certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer (I/II), User Experience Designer, Business Analyst, and in Architect track.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code
  • Collecting and translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong functional understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • A dedication to continuous learning and willingness to evolve with the Salesforce platform while learning new systems
  • Significant experience with connected applications and managed packages ranging from e-signature to ERP and sales enablement
  • Problem solver with a systems approach
  • Understanding of agile project management framework
  • Comfort building and maintaining in a low-code environment
