Scaled Customer Success Manager

Level, a smart community technology company founded by ex-Apple Product and Engineering leaders, is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager to ensure customers get full value from solutions and drive high levels of customer health, adoption, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers for high customer health
  • Plan and execute customer onboarding and training
  • Develop scalable capabilities for self-service information and customer education
  • Host training sessions and workshops
  • Manage customer health and address issues promptly
  • Contribute to product and marketing strategy with customer insights
  • Design and implement customer engagement plans
  • Collect and report customer feedback for product roadmap
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues
  • Build and manage customer engagement programs

Education

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years in a Customer Success role for a SaaS product or technology product
