Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers for high customer health
Plan and execute customer onboarding and training
Develop scalable capabilities for self-service information and customer education
Host training sessions and workshops
Manage customer health and address issues promptly
Contribute to product and marketing strategy with customer insights
Design and implement customer engagement plans
Collect and report customer feedback for product roadmap
Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues
Build and manage customer engagement programs
Education
5+ years of professional experience
2+ years in a Customer Success role for a SaaS product or technology product
