Marketing Intern

Time: 12 months ideally starting in September 2024 Full-time: 40 hours a week... Location: LevelTen Energy Office in Madrid Role Purpose LevelTen Energys mission is to accelerate the energy transition by facilitating frictionless transactions. The internship in LevelTen Energys Madrid Office will support events activities as part of the Marketing team and will learn valuable skills in event planning, coordination, and execution, as well as gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, customer engagement, and using industry-standard tools and platforms. Duties And Responsibilities Event Planning and Coordination • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events for our B2B company. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other third parties involved in events and webinars. • Manage logistics for events, including venue booking, transportation, and accommodation for participants. Promotional Support • Support the creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials for events and webinars. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure event objectives align with company strategies. • Provide support to attendees during events and webinars, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Customer Research • Assist with researching customers to meet at upcoming conferences to ensure the Sales team is efficient and prepared for events. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: • An interest in renewable energy and learning about accelerating the clean energy transition. • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field. • Previous experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on B2B events • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Other European languages would be a plus. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, particularly Salesforce. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proactivity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
