Levr.ai is a venture-backed early-stage B2B fintech startup on a mission to transform the way businesses access capital and manage loans. As early-movers in a space with an enormous addressable market, we are looking for creative, smart, and growth focused people to join us to solve problems for businesses and business lenders across the globe.

About the role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and fostering relationships with our clients across the USA and Canada. Your ability to manage and grow a pipeline, sell effectively, and close deals will be key to your success. You'll need to iterate on content consistently, leverage automated tools like Apollo, Outreach, and Hubspot, and maintain a proactive approach to client engagement.



Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a general pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects.
  • Sales Execution: Leverage your expertise in selling to close deals, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize tools like Apollo, Outreach, Hubspot, and others to automate and optimize the sales process.
  • Content Iteration: Continuously iterate on content and messaging to ensure relevance and effectiveness in client communications.
  • Sales Material Creation: Lead and support the creation and iteration of sales materials to enhance client engagement and sales success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing to align on goals and strategy.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with Levr.ai’s platform.

Qualifications:

  • Located and legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience using sales automation tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Hubspot, or similar.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment, wearing multiple hats and leading initiatives.
  • Knowledge of fintech or a demonstrated curiosity about the industry.
  • Network of Business Lenders and Business Brokers
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, GSuite, and other collaboration platforms.

Compensation and Perks:

  • Compensation: 
    • This role offers a balanced 50/50 On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure
    • $80K-90K Base Salary based on experience
  • Individual Target: 3 New Clients in 2024, 20 new clients for 2025 
  • Options: Participation in Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP)
  • Vacation & Time off:
    • 4 weeks of paid vacation per year (based on role and seniority)
    • Paid day off to celebrate your birthday
    • Paid time off between Christmas and New Years

Work Setup: Levr.ai setup provided (MacBook, Monitor, iPhone, and other hardware accessories if needed)
