Night Service Manager

NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Chino, Ca. 

Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important career of Night Service Manager at Homecoming at The Preserve, our large, upscale Lewis-owned community in Chino, CA.   

This full-time evening and night hour career (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of the community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance trouble-shooting to assist our residents, and an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.

In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $23.50/hour, Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more. Days off are Weds/Thurs.
