We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated Desktop Support to join our IT team.

About This Role

The individual will work alongside the System Administrator and other technical teams to support and manage our digital resources, including Google Workspace, Cloud Storage, SSO Deployment, Onboarding/Offboarding processes, Workstation Management, and Security Administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of Google Workspace, Dropbox, Google Drive and other cloud services.

• Assist in workstation management, including hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Participate in the onboarding and offboarding process of staff, including setting up and decommissioning user accounts and workstation equipment.

• Support security administration tasks and assist in security audits to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT systems.

• Create and maintain formal documentation for both internal use and for end users.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in desktop support, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Dropbox, Google Drive, and other cloud-based solutions.

• Basic understanding of computer systems (macOS and Windows), mobile devices, and other tech products.

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to create scripts (Python, Powershell) will be considered a plus.

• Ability to utilize command line interfaces will be considered a plus.
