The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our growing team at LG Ad Solutions under our Measurement Pillar. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for driving technological innovation and providing technical expertise to support our advertising initiatives. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ad measurement systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources and ensure data accuracy

• Implement AI/ML methodologies to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and their causal impact

• Optimize and maintain ad measurement infrastructure for performance and reliability

• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, experience in ad measurement or related fields is a plus

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Scala, Python, Go, C++,  JavaScript etc

• Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using large data sets

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
