If you have experience as an AP professional and are looking for a great job please apply now!Responsibilities• Process cash disbursements and incoming receipts in online banking system• Prepare daily cash reconciliations for all cash accounts• Prepare and maintain intercompany payables and receivables reconciliations• Assist Controller with interim & year-end audit preparation• Prepare and distribute annual 1099 IRS formsQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field• 2+ years of Accounts payable experience• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills• Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles• Detail oriented• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a huge plusIf you are interested in this wonderful new job please apply today!
