Job Title: Administrative AssistantDuration: 3-6 months with potential for permanent hireLocation: Onsite in Hillsboro, OregonCompensation: $26-$31 per hour DOESchedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hoursJob Description: LHH Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on a contract basis for 3-6 months, with the potential for permanent hire. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our client's VP, and contribute to the efficiency of their business operations. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and very strong communication with both internal and external partners.Responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate the VP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and occasional travel arrangements.• Serve as the point of contact between executives and employees, clients, and other external partners.• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.• Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.• Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.• Maintain a variety of confidential files, including financial records.• Liaise with internal staff at all levels.Interact with external clients.Requirements:• 2+ years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, or similar position.• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.• Exemplary planning and time management skills.• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.• High level of verbal and written communications skills.• High level of discretion and confidentiality.• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
