LHH is partnering with our manufacturing client who is seeking a highly driven Assistant Controller / Senior Financial Analyst to add to their growing team. The Assistant Controller / Senior Financial Analyst is a key partner to manufacturing leaders to help teach financial acumen and drive operational and financial performance for the US sites. Our client offers a great culture, competitive compensation and benefits along with growth opportunities.Responsibilities:• Educate plant leadership team on impact of operational decisions and the impact on financial results• Respond timely and thoughtfully to ad hoc financial requests• Prepare and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs)• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with deep analytics of plant performance• Participate in daily stand-up meetings driving production and monthly operational meetings• Oversee the monthly financial close process for the plant, including account reconciliationsQualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred• Strong Excel skills for financial modeling are a must• Desire to be in the plant/on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis• Conceptual understanding of US GAAP• Ability to work cross functionally and an ability to influence at all levels within the organization• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced, quickly changing environment• Good communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable wayIf you are a qualified candidate and interested in confidentially exploring this career opportunity, please contact Angie Moller at angie.moller@lhh.com.
