I am working with national litigation powerhouse on adding a talented new Associate to their rapidly-growing NJ office (which is both a gorgeous, amenity-laden modern space, but also offering a flexible HYBRID schedule at Associate discretion). This is an excellent opportunity for immediate hands-on work, exciting and challenging high-stakes litigation, associate camaraderie and top-down mentorship, and a genuine commitment to work-life satisfaction.Key Duties:• Litigate General Liability matters with an Insurance Defense focus• Subpractices can include: Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Trucking, and Appellate Practice• Enjoy immediate hands-on work in a highly collaborative settingCore Qualifications:• Min 2yrs of exp in Defensive Civil Litigation (ideally with an Insurance Defense focus, but not required)• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey (admission in New York is a plus!)• Admission to appear before the DNJ is a plusPosition Details:• ~$110,000 - $140,000 base (Salary will be commensurate with experience level)• Highly lucrative hours-based bonus, with quarterly cash-out eligibility• HYBRID office (3 days in / 2 days home)If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply within this application.
