Associate Graphic Designer

Our client is looking to hire an Associate Graphic Designer to support their team in Chicago, IL!LOCATION: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (4 days on-site)TARGET START DATE: AsapJOB TYPE: Contract-to-hire, W2, BenefitedWhat you’ll be doing:• Update and enhance marketing materials: Design brochures, email designs, reports and other deliverables based on client feedback and using company templates.• Assist with branding and design: Help create logos and brand identities for clients; develop internal branding assets under creative direction• Handle in-house print production: Manage tasks like printing, cutting, binding, and laminating• Adhere to brand standards to maintain uniformity across all materials and communications.• Build and manage relationships: handle stakeholder and client expectations• Promote company content through community engagement on social media and uphold brand values.• Maintain well-organized files and assets• Stay informed on industry trends and introduce new ideas.• Engage in weekly team meetings to manage workflow and review projects.• Perform additional job-related tasks as needed and be available to support overtime during busy seasonsQualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing or related field• 1-2+ years of Graphic Design experience, preferably in a corporate setting• Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms (Wrike, Monday.com, etc)• Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing brochures, email designs or other marketing deliverables• Must be comfortable traveling to a few local properties on an as needed basisWho you are:• You are organized and have excellent time management skills• You have high attention to detail and have an eye for patterns and inconsistencies• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills• You are self-motivated and thrive in highly collaborative environmentsTO APPLY:If you are interested in this position, please apply today (word doc resumes preferred)!Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled• Note: Candidates that provide all of the above information will be given priority.
