• Oversight of all accounting functions including financial reporting
• Month end, quarter end and annual close
• Seek areas of improvement in financial and operational metrics
• Support transactional accounting
• Support HR
• FP&A for the BU
• Assist with M&A integration
• Annual Audit
• Partner with Finance for budget process
• Capital planning
• Consolidations
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in accounting with multilocation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA+
• Public Accounting+
• M&A integration+
• Someone who has shown leadership and process improvements
• Strong manager
• Solid Excel skills (pivots, vlookups)
• Proficient with systems
• Highly effective, good with time management and project management
• Comfortable being hands on with preparing and reviewing/oversight/wear lots of hats
• Reliable to be timely and self-sufficient
