Compliance Officer & Legal Counsel

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with one of the largest heavy-duty truck and engine manufacturers in North America in it's search for a Compliance Officer & Commercial Legal Counsel to join it's legal department headquarters in Greensboro, NC.This is a new position primarily dedicated to compliance, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the governance structures and the organizational direction of the compliance function. The position will interact directly with senior executives and report to the General Counsel, as well as drive the compliance agenda while aligning with broader business objectives.
