The primary responsibilities of the CT&M Delivery Enablement Specialist are to train and develop Career Transition and Career Mobility team members (colleagues and freelancers/associates) by identifying the current and future tools and resources to deliver the highest quality of service to candidates and customers; partner with Delivery Enablement Leader and Product Management/Marketing to ensure LHH's delivery practices and skills remain relevant and aligned with LHH methodologies; serve as training support for onboarding Career Consultants. This role drives innovation into the CT&M vertical, advancing our delivery services in line with the latest trends, technology and developments to maintain our number one standing in the market.
