Global Client Solutions Lead

The Global Client Solutions Lead is a senior advisor who partners with the world’s largest organisations to co-ideate and implement their human capital roadmap. Reporting to the Global Client Solutions Director, this individual works with a team of Global Account Directors (GADs), to act as a strategic thought partner to C/C-1 HR and talent executives in order to help them achieve their people strategy goals.

 

This role sits at the heart of our global sales function and is directly accountable for revenue generation through the unlocking of downstream sales opportunities across our suite of services including; leadership development, coaching, professional/executive recruitment, up/re-skilling, career development & mentoring, and outplacement. This may also include direct client involvement (billable work) where beneficial to secure wider opportunities.

 

The successful incumbent will be capable of building trust with multinational organisations, diagnosing their challenges then working these through to solution. Topics would likely include such as; future skills sourcing, talent retention strategies, cultural change programmes and strategic workforce planning.

 In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver global account growth (targets set by Global Consulting Director) through white-space execution (new business sales) and expansion/maturity of current solutions and projects.
  • Become an extension of client HR teams and, in-turn, a trusted advisor for their full talent agenda in order to elevate the conversation and ensure maximum potential for LHH across our  talent ecosystem.
  • Pro-actively identify business development opportunities by leveraging the advisory capacity in which this role supports a range of client stakeholders across talent acquisition, L&D and HR strategy.
  • Act as programme sponsor during the delivery of sold projects to ensure standards are upheld, outcomes are delivered and client buyers are satisfied.
  • Externally, pro-actively stay abreast of the most relevant and prominent talent challenges in our market space. This includes attendance at conferences/events, building partnerships externally (where applicable) and becoming an influential voice (Linkedin etc) to build LHH’s credibility in the advisory space.
  • Provide other business leaders and SME’s at the vertical level with key insights to improve our own thought leadership and product roadmap.

All About You

  • Proven ability to act as an advisor to senior HR executives with strong consulting experience – human capital and/or strategic talent management providers.
  • Track record of identifying, creating and winning large-scale talent programmes (500k minimum)
  • Able to operate in ambiguity and turn conceptual client problems into scalable, integrated solutions.
  • A passion for sales and revenue growth; comfortable adopting a business development mindset and a desire to win/expand business.
  • Embrace a global mindset with respect to scale of implementation, as well and cultural and business acumen at a world view.
  • Strong thought leadership regarding trends relating to the future of work and current HR strategy priorities.
  • A proven subject matter expert on topics and best-practice solutions that include (and combine); talent acquisition, leadership development (including executive coaching), re-skilling and HR advisory.
  • Credible qualifications that will likely include one of the following; HR (MCIPD/FCIPD), I/O Psychology (C.Psychol), business acumen (EMBA/MBA).
  • In-house HR/Talent leadership experience is desirable.
