LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Marketing Director for a global company with a rich heritage, focused on creating authentic flavors worldwide. The team in Southern California is seeking talented individuals to join as they grow our digital business. The Marketing Director is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that enhance presence, drive category growth, and ensure effective communication. This role leads a team to deliver these strategies in alignment with the team's objectives. This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2 . This position will be onsite during first 90 days then run on a Hybrid schedule in Southern California. Responsibilities: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives. Lead marketing teams, including branding, category growth, and marketing communications, to ensure efficient and effective execution of campaigns. Collaborate with the Insights team to conduct market research, extracting consumer and diner insights to shape marketing strategies and plans. Keep abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Work with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and drive business growth. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within budgetary guidelines. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and media outlets. Oversee multiple teams within the marketing department. Responsible for training, assigning work, directing work, and rewarding performance. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to understand trends and enhance brand awareness. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. 10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in a leadership role; an MBA is preferred. 10 years of experience in marketing for consumer packaged goods or in a global company. Experience in multinational corporations, Fortune 500 preferred. Experience analyzing AC Nielsen data and market research reports to draw insights. Ability to define problems, apply concrete sales principles through data gathering and analysis, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Knowledge and experience in new product development, category management, and brand management. Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns and communication strategies that drive business growth. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and meet deadlines. Must be able to work independently within cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
