Litigation Paralegal - job 3 of 4

LHH is hiring a litigation paralegal in Miami, FL. We especially want to hear from those with complex commercial litigation experience. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, notices, pleadings, discovery shell documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists; handling document production ; prepping for trial; coordinating, scheduling, and other legal calendaring tasks; legal research; and other tasks as assigned.
