The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The Manager of Talent Acquisition does not directly manage people but will lead efforts to enhance recruitment processes, optimize candidate experience, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy:• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the company’s short- and long-term staffing needs.• Manage the Recruitment Process:• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide guidance on talent needs.• Enhance Employer Branding:• Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and improve its positioning as an employer of choice.• Promote the company’s values, culture, and employee benefits to attract top candidates.• Optimize Candidate Sourcing and Screening:• Identify and utilize various channels for sourcing top-tier talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.• Implement and continuously improve methods for screening and assessing candidates to ensure the best fit for roles.• Data-Driven Decision Making:• Utilize recruitment analytics to track key metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes and efficiencies.• Vendor Management:• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other vendors to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and cost-efficiency.• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:• Keep up to date on trends in talent acquisition, labor market, and technology advancements to ensure best practices are applied.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, and 401k plan.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven success in managing recruitment processes.• Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques, assessment methodologies, and recruitment technology platforms (e.g., ATS systems).• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.• Experience with employer branding initiatives is a plus.Why Join Us?• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunity to shape the talent acquisition function and contribute to the company’s growth• Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional developmentPay Details: $80,100.00 per yearSearch managed by: Mackenzie LaneEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
