Operations Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities• Create the operational strategy for the US business including people, systems and processes and set the Operations teams goals and objectives• Responsible for providing leadership to the US Operations team, building a strong unified team whilst motivating them to perform well, and supporting the Company vision• Present the Company’s value propositions to maximize conversion prospects• Ensure excellent customer experience through ongoing collaboration with colleagues globally• Drive process improvement, ensuring teams are clear on tasks in line with customer expectations• Support the hiring and training of employees• Manage programs to ensure the safety and quality standards set by the Company and the client are met at all times• Adhere to company policies and ensure performance management of people and processes are consistently followed• Collect and analyze key performance data to make informed decisions that benefit the organization and the customer• Supporting all business functions to work together, and integrating different teamsSkills & Experience• 10+ years in a fast-paced operations environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large teams of people at various levels.• Proven track record in setting strategy and aligning with the business objectives• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen• Self-starter with high levels of self-motivation and the ability to coach and mentor employees• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written• Proficiency in use of data and metrics to drive process efficiency and decision making• Competence in the use of all MS Office packages• Willingness to travel within the US to key semiconductor activity hubs including New Mexico, Arizona and TexasBenefits• Competitive Salary• Company Bonus• Company Pension• Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm & Friday 8am-2pmPay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Alicia BauerEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
