Great opportunity for a high level Payroll Specialist/Analyst looking to get into a supervisory role!The Job• Manage payroll for approximately 1500 union and non-union employees within the US• Audit tax filings and each pay cycle ensuring accuracy,• Implement and suggest new payroll policies and procedures• Direct the payroll team and help guide payroll functions within accounting and HR• Assist agencies with audits for 401k and workers compensationQualifications• 3+ years of experience processing high volume payroll for union and non-union employees• Bachelor's degree is preferred, candidates with Associates degree will be considered• Experience working in ADP Workforce Now• Experience handling payroll and reporting under Accounting and Human Resources departments
