Payroll Supervisor/Manager needed for mid-size company located near Alhambra, CA. This is an onsite role that will pay up to 140k plus bonus DOE and has excellent benefits.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.• Review and validate payroll data, including timekeeping records, job cost allocations, deductions and coding• Manage certified payroll reporting and ensure compliance with applicable contracts and regulations• Responsible for administration, preparation and processing of weekly payroll for all employees, including union and non-union workers• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures• Assist with all audits and 401K administration• Manage, coach and mentor payroll team.• Monitor the efficiencies of the payroll department and provide insights to managerial teams.Requirements:• BA/BS Degree a plus, but not required.• CPP Required.• Min of 7-10 years of payroll processing experience.• Experience with in-house payroll processing and union payroll.• 3-5 years of supervisory experience required.For immediate consideration, please email resume to sharon.walker@lhh.com
