Job Title: Temporary Sales Operations AnalystLocation: Edison, NJType of Employment: Temporary, 6 – 12 MonthsIn Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 2 days a week in officeHourly Rate: $28-$36/hr commensurate on years of experienceJob Summary:A medical manufacturing company in Edison, NJ is looking to hire a temporary Sales Operations Analyst temporary 6 to 12-month coverage. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office with hours from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. The qualified candidate must have experience within a corporate analytical role, advanced Excel skills and strong problem-solving skills.If this role is a fit to your background, please submit an updated resume for review.Responsibilities:· Manage pricing agreements, contracts, and price deviations· Communicate with internal business partners and distributors as appropriate to identify and eliminate all sources of pricing discrepancies.· Support AR, Sales, Customers, and Customer Service to resolve pricing and chargeback questions or discrepancies.· Trouble shoot problems of various complexities with minimal supervision.· Responsible for accuracy of In-to-Stock (ITS) pricing for the Industrial Division including extensive pricing analysis, entry/loading of all price changes and ensuring invoicing accuracy is maintained.· Timely and accurate notification and programming of pricing information related to price lists and discounts in Oracle.Required Experience:· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred· Advanced MS Excel skills· Ability to communicate with different stakeholders· Experience using an ERP system such as Oracle is preferred
