LHH has partnered with a growing client to assist them in finding their next Supply Chain Analyst team member. This role will involve working with data to optimize the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery.Responsibilities:• Collect and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, supplier performance, demand forecasting, and transportation costs.• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, warehouse management) to streamline operations.• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.• Conduct regular audits of supplier performance and suggest corrective actions when needed.• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure efficient inventory management.• Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address supply chain risks.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience preferred.• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Schedule:• Full-time, 40 hours• Monday to Friday• 8:00am-5:00pmBenefits:• Competitive salary• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Life Insurance• Professional Development
