This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of driving business growth while providing strategic insights, fostering robust client relationships, and analyzing market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute territory objectives in line with market priorities.• Schedule client appointments and deliver engaging conversations on new products.• Utilize data to prioritize client visits and maximize opportunities, including travel to convenience and gas stations.• Provide strategic insights and business advice based on sales analysis.• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth opportunities.• Collaborate with outlets to optimize tobacco category management.Requirements:• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in outside sales, with a standout preference for retail wholesale experience & FMCG• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation and communication skills, and expertise in category management.• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Compensation & Benefits:• Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 per year + annual bonuses• Benefits: Comprehensive medical plans, dental and vision coverage, short and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, family leave, tuition assistance, and robust training & development opportunities.• Perks: Company car, laptop, cell phone, early Friday leave at 2 pm, and more!Apply today for immediate consideration!
