Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Design and optimize software architecture to ensure scalability and performance of applications.
Collaborate with product management and design teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of leading projects and teams.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.
