Lead Engineer

Libernetix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our engineering department, you will take the reins on innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology and enhance user experience. Your expertise will guide the design and architectural decisions for our products, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and industry best practices. In this role, you will serve as a mentor to junior engineers while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be crucial in accelerating development timelines and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their applicability to our work. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Design and optimize software architecture to ensure scalability and performance of applications.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Stand in as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with stakeholders and clients.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance existing systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of leading projects and teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#; familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
