Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join us on a full-time basis. This is a high impact role that involves working with patients suffering from chronic pain to monitor their health, provide positive support, and guide them in order to help them achieve a greater quality of life. Must be based in NYC and licensed in one or more of the following states: CA, NY, PA, IL, TX, FL, GA, MD, TN, NC or AL
What you'll do:
- Work with patients via phone/video chat and in our messaging platform to provide solution driven approaches to questions or concerns they may have with their care plan
- Identify and resolve problems, and escalate issues to physicians
- Maintain clear communication between patient and the entire care team to ensure all clinical gaps are filled
- Work closely with our Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer, as well as other internal teams including Clinical and Patient Experience
- Monitor patients, identify any concerns and measure treatment adherence
What we're looking for:
- 1 year of phone/video support as an LPN in a remote environment (preferably at a digital health technology company)
- Appropriate sense of urgency and understanding of when to escalate issues to physicians
- Strong ability to empathize with chronic pain patients and provide positive support
- Able to work 40-50 hrs a week
- Based in NYC and willing to work in Manhattan-based office with Chief Medical Officer 5 days a week
- Licensed and in good standing in one or more of the following states: CA, NY, PA, IL, TX, FL, GA, MD, TN, NC and AL
- Compact license preferred
