onehome is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in the Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes, and Oakland Park area to join our home health team on a Per Diem basis. Recent graduates welcomed to apply! The LPN administers nursing care in a home care environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor. This may include routine care, taking vital information from patients, providing information about treatments and prescriptions, and observing patient health.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Participating in the nursing process by providing input to the patients’ overall care
• Implementing the care plan as written
• Provides for emotional and physical safety of patient while considering their rights and cultural background
• Complies with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA Privacy Rules
• Monitors and reports changes to the patient’s condition to supervisor
• Listen and respond to any patient requests and concerns
• Accepts only those assignments for which they are qualified

Skills/Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Currently licensed in the state of Florida
• IV certification required
• Ability to travel to patients' homes to provide services.

Pay: $22.00 - $37.00 per hour
