Licensed Practical Nurse

Personal Care Administrator

Required: Current & Valid PA licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

• Supervises an assigned resident personal care area
• Ensure completion of medical evaluations and associated durable medical equipment forms, preadmission screening, annual assessments, and support plans for all residents in accordance with DHS regulations
• Prepares for inspections
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification and First Aide training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
