Product Marketing Lead

Description

An independent project supporting the Marketing of the Lido software protocol is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead to build and execute our product marketing strategies. You will lead the initiatives that drive the growth and adoption of stETH in the DeFi space, enhancing our market position and ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our diverse user base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive growth.

Key Scope

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the DeFi space.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates stETH in the market.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and events.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing management within the DeFi or blockchain industry.

  • Strong understanding of Staking, DeFi protocols, and the wider Ethereum Ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and achieve measurable success.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic results.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing approaches.
