Description

The Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and driving infrastructure-related initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with DevOps and SecOps workstreams and reports directly to the Head of DevSecOps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be adept at managing resources.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management

   • Lead and manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

   • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

   • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk assessments.

2. Collaboration with DevOps and SecOps Teams

   • Work closely with DevOps and SecOps teams to ensure infrastructure projects align with their needs and objectives.

   • Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels between teams to address challenges and ensure seamless project execution.

3. Technical Expertise

   • Utilize technical knowledge to understand and address project requirements.

   • Assess and integrate external SaaS solutions into the infrastructure.

4. Resource Management

   • Oversee resource allocation and management to ensure optimal utilization of team members and assets.

   • Identify and mitigate risks related to resource constraints.

5. External Communication and Collaboration

   • Serve as the primary point of contact for other service teams.

   • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.

   • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate technical aspects when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure projects.

• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of DevOps and SecOps practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Experience with project management tools and software.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• English level: B2+
