Sales Enablement Specialist

As part of our Sales Enablement team, we are seeking a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to play a critical role in delivering actionable insights and supporting our sales enablement efforts through data analysis, visualization, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery and management of sales dashboards, ensuring timely releases with accurate and actionable data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and refine advanced data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI, creating dynamic and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial sales data, uncovering trends, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering insights to support high-impact business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address diverse data requests, tailoring insights and key performance metrics to meet the strategic needs of stakeholders across various roles.
  • Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales team, continuously monitoring and refining them to align with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data manipulation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
  • Experience in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of sales tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Master's or Honours degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
