As part of our Sales Enablement team, we are seeking a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to play a critical role in delivering actionable insights and supporting our sales enablement efforts through data analysis, visualization, and process optimization.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
We're excited to welcome a new Sales Enablement Specialist to our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our sales enablement strategy, transforming data into actionable insights that empower our sales force to excel. Your day-to-day will involve managing sales dashboards from start to finish, ensuring they are not only accurate but also insightful. Imagine designing and developing advanced data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI, bringing complex data to life in a way that everyone can understand. You’ll dive deep into financial sales data, spotting trends and growth opportunities that directly impact our business decisions. Collaboration is key here; you’ll work closely with various teams to tailor insights that meet their unique strategic needs, while also defining and monitoring key performance indicators for the sales team aligned with our organizational goals. While a Master’s or Honours degree in Business Analytics or a related field is preferred, what truly matters is your passion for data and previous experience in a similar role. If you're proficient in Python, familiar with workflow automation tools like Power Automate, and understand CRM software for data-driven decisions, we want to hear from you. Join us, and not only will you celebrate your milestones with generous anniversary gifts, but you'll also engage in team-building activities and prioritize your well-being through our Flexible Spending Account. Plus, opportunities for training specific to your role will help you grow and thrive in our vibrant workplace culture!
