Description

The Lifecycle Coordinator reports to the Office Manager or Site Manager and is responsible for administrative tasks with Buyer lease drivers, assisting with vehicle ordering related budget activities, coordinating vehicle builds and delivery with American Honda, and other daily office functions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Administer company lease program policies and acquisition
• Collaborate with Fleet Supervisor to manage company fleet lifecycle
• Run accounting reports and balance daily cash and credit cards
• Prepare daily bank deposit
• Assist client in forecasting and ordering of company vehicles from American Honda
• Tracking of lease orders and exceptions for the budget
• Reconciliation of monthly reports
• Support lease programs and business travel needs
• Prepare paperwork for vehicle title and licensing
• Manage out of state lease vehicle process
• Monitor, react and respond to customer service needs
• Ensure clear communication with customers
• Provide professional and positive atmosphere for customers

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficient navigating and using technology systems and programs
• Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
• Automotive vehicle knowledge Preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in web-based systems
