We are seeking a highly motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our small business and strategic partnership ecosystems. A successful candidate will be a critical thinker who understands the customer journey and possesses strong analytical skills and business acumen. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers across various touch points (email and SMS), analyzing performance data, optimizing the right channel mix and frequency of efforts to drive activation and retention, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing a marketing automation platform and utilizing a CRM system, analyzing marketing metrics, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 


Some of the key areas that you will help to influence and have responsibility for include: 


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for key customer segments 
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, content development and other necessary marketing tactics
  • Develop project goals, tasks, and deliverables that will ladder into larger business key results
  • Analyze and segment customer data to create targeted marketing initiatives and personalization
  • Collaborate with front-of-funnel and back-of-funnel teams across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI and customer engagement
  • Create and analyze key business metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Develop and execute on a budget for all marketing campaigns and initiatives


You will succeed at the role if you:


  • Have proven experience in lifecycle or database marketing, driving top and bottom line growth
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to target and segment content strategically
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understands how to navigate and project manage the complexity of a project into a larger company program or key objective
  • Experience executing lifecycle marketing campaigns with enterprise-level marketing automation and CRM systems like Hubspot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud/Salesforce
  • Natural curiosity and a builder’s mindset
