We are seeking a highly motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our small business and strategic partnership ecosystems. A successful candidate will be a critical thinker who understands the customer journey and possesses strong analytical skills and business acumen. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers across various touch points (email and SMS), analyzing performance data, optimizing the right channel mix and frequency of efforts to drive activation and retention, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing a marketing automation platform and utilizing a CRM system, analyzing marketing metrics, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
