As the Director of Partnerships, you will lead Lifeforce’s strategy for building and expanding high-impact partnerships across a range of sectors. From employers and health providers to enterprise groups and strategic collaborators, your work will position Lifeforce’s proactive health solutions as essential offerings in multiple markets. In this role, you’ll develop and execute a cross-sector partnership strategy—identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships that amplify Lifeforce’s reach and impact. You'll be creating pathways for individuals to access our health optimization programs through trusted and scalable channels.


This position combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to business development, relationship management, and advocacy for Lifeforce’s mission. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that drive meaningful health outcomes and long-term value for partner organizations and their communities.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement a forward-thinking strategy to grow and manage partnerships, positioning Lifeforce as a leader in wellness and health optimization.
  • Analyze industry trends and partner needs to enhance Lifeforce’s offerings and stay ahead of the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align initiatives with Lifeforce’s mission and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to partners.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, including employers, benefits consultants, healthcare providers, and enterprise platforms establishing Lifeforce as a trusted partner for health and wellness.
  • Lead the consultative sales process with key decision-makers across partner organizations, delivering personalized, value-driven presentations that align with their strategic goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with both partner goals and Lifeforce’s objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key partner relationships, including employers, brokers, providers, and strategic enterprise collaborators, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
PARTNER ENGAGMENT & MARKET ADVOCACY
  • Represent Lifeforce as a thought leader across healthcare, benefits, and wellness sectors, participating in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Collect and share insights from partners and prospects to inform continuous innovation and service improvement.
  • Advocate for Lifeforce’s role in enhancing workplace well-being and productivity through health optimization solutions.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
  • Work closely with Lifeforce’s product, clinical, and member experience teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of partner programs.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and educational assets designed to support partner engagement across multiple sectors


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or benefits consulting, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Proven ability to establish and scale strategic partnerships.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing executive-level decision-makers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
