Video Producer, Lifeway Media | Hybrid

OverviewThe Lifeway Media team is seeking a Video Producer | Hybrid as a vital to Media-Publishing success, working in all stages—from pre-production and production to post-production and delivery. Full-time employees are eligible for enrollment in our comprehensive benefits plans including healthcare, vacation and sick time, holiday pay, care days, 401(k) plan, maternity and paternity leave, adoption assistance, mission trip time, and more. If this sounds like a place where you would be excited to serve the kingdom of God, we would love for you to join our team.Learn more about our culture at team.lifeway.com/culture-codeThis is a hybrid remote/in-office position located in the greater Nashville, TN area and relocation assistance is available.#LI-HybridResponsibilities• Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work• Serve as the primary contact for publishing partners, facilitating project success• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute publishing projects• Provide leadership for teams and projects• Manage project development, production dates, and budgets• Support production, partners, and authors on-site during production• Coordinate crew contracting, location agreements, permits, and insurance certificates• Oversee travel reservations (hotel, air, and ground)• Supervise talent auditions, contracting, and related logistics• Track post-production processes, approvals, and delivery of the final product• Ensure all projects are educationally and biblically sound• 20-25% travel required, often overnightQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in communication, broadcasting/film/fine arts, or equivalent experience (5+ years).Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences, required• 3+ year media project budget management• 5+ years management of multiple priorities and assignments• 5+ years video or creative production• Fundamental understanding of video production• Demonstrated customer relations skills, both internal and external clients• Strong written and verbal communication• Commitment to deadlines and attention to detail• Strong time management skills• Problem-solving skills, especially when working with creativesActively participating in an evangelical Christian churchKnowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences, preferred• Experience in educational media and publishing• Christian educational media working with churches/partners, strongly preferred
