ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Attend various outreach and recruitment events
Provide quality tours of the facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees
Gather data and other information as requested
Present company specific information to internal and external groups
Coordinate all Intern onsite and offsite events and events for various groups throughout the Company
Opportunity to observe the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition
Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s application
Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
Strong analytical skill
Comfortable with public speaking
Proficient communication and presentation skills
Adequate event planning skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work onsite at our Myrtle Beach, South Carolina location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Able to read and interpret technical, regulatory and contractual documentation. Able to maintain confidentiality.
DECISION MAKING
Makes day to day decisions used to support strategic direction. Decisions often require some thought without established precedents or procedures. Decisions tend to be short term and usually of moderate cost. Able to work independently or as part of a team to drive results.
