Contracts Specialist

As a Contracts Specialist, you play a key role in managing the contract lifecycle within our organization. Leveraging your strong technical skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities, you help drive our Sales processes forward. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to draft, review, and finalize customer contracts under the guidance of our in-house legal team. Using our CRM platform (Salesforce) and CLM platform (Spotdraft), you ensure contracts are processed efficiently and accurately.


Major Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain contracts and contract data in our CLM platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support representatives to prepare and revise contracts to achieve successful outcomes in the sales process.
  • This role may require collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, vendors, clients, and business units.
  • Identify and assess contractual risks and propose risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential liabilities.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field. A paralegal certificate or legal studies is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract management, including contract drafting.
  • Experience using the Salesforce customer relationship management platform is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and familiarity with commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive and responsive manner with internal customers.
