Role Mission


We are seeking a Finance Operations Lead to join our team. This full-time hybrid position reports directly to the Finance Director and serves as a key collaborator within the department. The role focuses on driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in financial processes while contributing to strategic initiatives that support organizational success.


Deliverables
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining payroll compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes through automation and optimization to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in optimizing working capital to effectively support business operations and maintain the working capital reporting package.
  • Support the implementation of risk management processes, maintaining the risk management reporting package.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline procedures.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and budgets on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.


About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams in a high-performance environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
