About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager - Email/CRM + Website/SEO will bring the Lightship brand and customer experience to life across CRM, email, website content, and other digital communications channels. You have 5+ years of previous experience owning strategy and driving day-to-day tactical initiatives across CRM/email and .com (website) content/SEO to support customer acquisition, engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You have a strong grasp of the written word - and love writing crisp, concise copy and CTAs within a defined brand voice. Cohorts, segmentation, customer journeys, content mapping, SEO audits, and A/B testing - you’ve done it all - and you’re excited to help refine and build it out at Lightship.
Our ideal fit will be a marketer who straddles the creative and analytics worlds with a background in lifecycle marketing, growth, acquisition, and/or content, and who is excited about our mission to bring electrification to new demographics and new demographics to the recreational vehicle industry.
As the fourth full-time member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with and report to the Director of Marketing. We also work closely with agencies and contractors to bring our product and brand to life across our marketing channels, so having experience working with and hiring contractors would be a plus for this role.
This is an incredibly exciting and foundational time for Lightship and you will be integral to helping us build the Lightship brand and product experience for future and potential customers as we launch the L1 – an all-electric, beautifully designed, and seamlessly integrated travel trailer built for the electric age – to the world. Given the trajectory of the company, this role has high potential for both impact and growth, and to expand into ownership of additional digital channels.
