Account Manager (Retail)

Lightspeed is looking for an Account Manager for their APAC Retail team to manage inbound sales and help retailers achieve their goals through tailored solutions.

Skills

Experience in account management or sales
Understanding of solution-based sales
Ability to use Salesforce.com
Good time management
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted Account Manager to customers
Build trust and rapport with retailers
Guide customers through their upgrade path
Demonstrate software solutions to customers
Responsible for upselling from inbound sales
