Collections Specialist

Lightspeed is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their Finance team in Ghent. The candidate will handle customer accounts and ensure payments are collected in a professional manner.

Skills

Excellent English and French communication.
Understanding of accounting practices.
Customer relations management.

Responsibilities

Make outbound collection calls professionally.
Collect customer payments as per due dates.
Identify issues leading to account delinquency.
Interact with collection agencies for account resolutions.
Assist with daily Cash application.

Education

Degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
