Business Analyst, Global Supply Chain

Lime is looking for a strategic, analytical, and transformational Business Analyst, Global Supply Chain to join its global supply chain team, reporting into the Sr Director, Global Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. You will own all aspects of facilitating metrics & OKRs along with managing data collection, manipulation and analytics for Supply Chain operations and optimizations.

What you’ll do:
  • Quickly assess the current global supply chain data & reporting capabilities, determine additional requirements, and generate a plan of action utilizing current systems and resources while identifying future needs.
  • Assume responsibility for facilitating the SC Health OKRs and the SC Performance Metrics meetings along with all related deliverables.
  • Work in tandem with the Sr Director Global SC Planning & Logistics to plan and facilitate the biannual SC management business reviews. 
  • Evaluate unstructured questions & needs from business teams and translate into consumable and usable data that powers solutions and influences decisions. 
  • Utilize a systems thinking approach to conceive, plan, and build new data products, working in close cooperation with our Digital Technology team.
  • Leverage predictive and prescriptive modeling to increase data visibility globally, streamline & further automate our processes.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of global supply chain processes, systems and reporting for inventory, planning and logistics operations.
  • Ability to quickly & effectively generate dashboards to showcase performance to plan across SC functions. 
  • Working closely with the Director of Global Planning & Inventory, improve visibility for in transit, on hand and on order inventory.  
  • Support the SC teams as subject matter expert on use of analytical models and tools
  • Identify and introduce industry best practice techniques for analytical modeling.
  • Drive adoption of data products and insights across global SC teams.
  • Support future ERP integration requirements relating to Supply Chain operations.
  • Maintain and evolve reporting dashboards and other data solutions to scale as our business grows and changes.


About you:
  • 10+ years of experience working in business analytics or other data and analytics driven disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous questions / requirements into clear problem definitions and delivering proposed solutions against them.
  • Strong problem solving skills with ability to influence business leaders and teams.
  • Working knowledge of data systems, design and data technologies.
  • Experience building and deploying data solutions at scale, leveraging some combination of ML, AI, optimization and simulation. 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with NetSuite (or other ERP), WMS and TMS platforms.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.


The anticipated salary range for this position is $102,000.00 to $176,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
