PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

To accurately keep record of each load that is shipped from the Limex Location, and to accurately dispatch each load to its destination.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Communicate with floater operators to maintain accurate direction and goals.

Must clearly direct truck drivers to the appropriate location for product delivery.

Accurately record truck numbers, weights, solid content and destinations.

Process accurate records to facilitate customer billing.

Receive location orders and properly transfer the information to our program.

Must precisely identify the application location on plat maps.

Accurately transfer order information onto dispatch sheets.

Analyze each load sample for accurate solid content.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Must assist in keeping the office reasonably clean and professional in appearance.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a high school diploma.

Must be willing to work hours beyond what is considered “normal”.

Required to competently operate MS Excel spreadsheets and work with MS Outlook.

Needs to have a good sense of direction and ability to communicate clearly to others.

Must not have any sensitivities to dust or conditions that would be magnified by dust that causes dry skin.

Requires an ability to maintain accuracy while multi-tasking.
